Check-in Time: 3.00 pm
Check-out Time: 12.00 pm

  1. If guest check out late, we have the rights to charge guest RM50.00 per hour until 3pm only. After 3pm, we shall charge full room rate.
  2. Booking deposit / amount paid : If cancelled, no refund provided.
  3. No pets are allowed to enter the apartment.
  4. Must wear swimming suit and follows the swimming pool rules and regulations.
  5. We have the rights to charge RM50.00 per person if we figure out the apartment accommodate more than our quota.
    – 1 Bedroom Apartment – Max. 4 persons
    – 2 Bedroom Apartment – Max. 8 persons

 

Payment Instructions:

  1. Booking Deposit to ensure apartment being reserved for you is 50% of the booking order.
    ” IF CANCELLED, NO REFUND PROVIDED “
  2. After reservation had done, if guest wish to change check in date, modified charges 20% of ROOM RATE is being charged and is subject to room availability.
  3. Full payment shall be made upon check in.
  4. Please deposit your payment into our Bank Accounts as the following:

  5. After making your payment, please attach your bank deposit receipt to booking@telukbatikholidayapartment.com.my or whatsapp +6017-570 7002 or +6016-547 8738 or +6013-801 2191.
  6. If we did not received booking deposit payment, we have the right to cancel the reservations.
